This small device, which attaches to your arm, uses GPS technology to track your position with precise accuracy anywhere on the globe, making it perfect for windsurfing, sailing, leisure boating and jet-skiing. It's also reliably water resistant, so it's ready for action. The M300's simple, easy-to-use interface consists of only two buttons and a small, monochrome LCD readout. On it, you can view your current, maximum and average speeds in nautical miles or knots. The unit also displays heading data that is accurate to 2 degrees, as well as lap times for regattas. A 50-lap history lets you look up your best times on the course. In addition to time and date displays (using a super-accurate GPS-based atomic clock!), an automatic timer keeps track of your time on the water. The M300 features changeable faceplates so you can dress it up to suite your style. Its diminutive size (79 x 78 x 27 millimeters) and weight (150 grams) means it is easy to wear with the included armband. Battery life via a single AA battery is rated at up to 16 hours and there is a handy battery life indicator on the LCD screen.
